Had a little hiccup where the product wasn’t in stock, alex took care of me for me setup with a bigger order free and made sure i was okay with everything, gave me many options to choose from and shipping is never slow

I ordered 2 60mg each bottles of 7-oh syrup from kratomgala and when it finally said “delivered”. Fast forward, i wait a couple days because I’m the type of person to make sure I didn’t receive it for real before I go and start being a Karen to customer support because I know how annoying that is. I end up emailing them and for 2-3 weeks no reply so today I called them to ask what was going on, only to my surprise  a older woman with an attitude and horrible customer service skill answer answered and I explained what happen she instantly told me “ well there’s nothing we can do because it SAYS “delivered” so what do you wnat me to do refund something that was delivered” so I explained a little  more to her so she would understand. Only I guess im the one that that didn’t understand because she said “ yes I hear you but it says deliver and because they don’t take pictures we cant refund you because we don’t have proof” all thought I feel like it should be the other way around because like they said they “couldn’t prove it” so what the difference if you can’t prove i did not get it how can you prove I did? So she forwarded me to the manager to my surprise he basically said same thing but he also said go to my usps office and ask for the exact tracking details on where it was last scanned. Well he must of thought I would do it because when I call back 30mins-1hr later with what he asked for all of as sudden I need to make a police report because it was “stolen” (his words) so I took it to my bank because I Shouldt have to work around yall because yall messed up. So with all that being said im nobody’s dad here so do as you please but take all of this into consideration ( ps the shipping insurance also a mandatory add on anywhere from 3-10$ “only covers lost/stolen/damaged items but only if they feel like they want

I ordered from kratomgala.com it just didn’t hit the way I expected. I took my usual amount, same as always, but the effects felt mild, mild. Shipping was fine and nothing really went wrong there, but the product itself just wasn’t strong enough for me.

I’ve got to blame the checkout team for making this way easier than I expected. The payment options were clear, I didn’t run into any issues paying, and the whole process went smoothly.

Sometimes the website isn’t updated every hour so sometimes they will be out of stock of something. But all you need to do is call the number on there and Alex will answer and he will help you out instantly and take care of your problem and hook you up most likely if you’re nice and respectful.

I had a small issue with my order and messaged them, assuming I probably wouldn’t hear back until the next day. Maybe I was being too pessimistic, but I didn’t expect much. They replied quickly and actually answered my question in a normal, helpful way instead of making it a whole thing. It got sorted out easily, and I appreciated that it didn’t feel like some copy-paste response. Good customer service overall, and I’d order again.

I got my order i could tell right away from the texture that it was probably going to mix well. The powder is super fine with none of those gritty little bits I’ve had with other brands. It blends easily, and based on how smooth it feels, I’m assuming they put a bit more care into the grind. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Not gonna lie, the capsules I got from kratomgala.com were okay overall. They looked clean, the packaging was decent, and there wasn’t any weird smell or anything off-putting when I opened the bag.

The main thing I noticed was that some of the capsules didn’t seem filled evenly. A few looked a little underfilled compared to the others, which wasn’t a huge problem, but it did make the batch feel a bit inconsistent.

Shipping was fine and the bag sealed properly, so no major complaints there. I’d probably give it 3 stars because it’s usable, but I wouldn’t say it really impressed me.
